How is my capital protected?
Each deal sits in a stand-alone SPV. All equity is repaid 100 % first (capital-back priority) before any profit-share is taken, isolating risk to one company.
What leverage do you use?
Bank debt is capped at ≤ 3 × EBITDA, a conservative level for European micro-buyouts, and always subject to lender stress-tests.
How long is the typical hold?
