Who am I?

I’m Alex Tsishuk — an owner‑operator turned private investor. After two decades running and quietly passing on several everyday businesses, I now back €1‑5 m Polish & German firms with my own capital first; when a deal outgrows one wallet, a small circle of passive partners may join.

FAQ

How do you work out the price for my company?
A common starting point for Polish‑ and German‑based firms of €1‑5 m size is 3 – 6 × last‑year EBITDA. That’s only the first yard‑stick; the final figure also reflects cash, debt, sector, and succession factors special to your business.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Before any documents change hands, we both e‑sign a mutual NDA that defines what may be shared and for how long. From that point, information is released only on a strict need‑to‑know basis and access is logged; if the process stops, every copy is either returned or securely destroyed.
How long until the money arrives?

Once we like the numbers, a typical sale of this size closes in 90 – 120 days—time for due‑diligence, bank approval, and the final signing meeting.

At what amount can I join a deal?

From €100 k per transaction subject to a suitable opportunity and available exclusively to Professional / Qualified Investors.

What return can partners expect?

We target a net IRR (around 15–19 % p.a.). This figure is illustrative, not guaranteed; capital is at risk. Participation is open exclusively to Professional / Qualified Investors.
